Shipping and Return Conditions
The address entered when registering the payment on the website automatically appears as the destination for sending the order. If you want the order to be delivered to another location, you will have to indicate this in the "additional notes" field and fill in the new shipping details.
Select Shipping Method
National – Depending on the address you selected for delivery, shipping costs and delivery times vary as follows:
- Mainland Portugal: delivery – 1 to 3 working days;
- Autonomous Regions, Azores and Madeira: delivery – up to 8 working days.
- International: If you live abroad (outside Portugal) you should choose this option. Depending on the country and delivery address, shipping costs and delivery times vary as follows: Delivery in Europe: 3 to 5 working days; the price is calculated depending on the total volume of the order .
All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force. The available payment methods are:
- Paypal
- MBWAY
- Bank transfer
- Visa
After selecting the delivery and payment method, the “Order Summary” will appear. Check the data presented:
- Data and carrier for delivery of the order.
- Billing data and payment method.
- Summary of the type and quantity of items to be ordered, with discriminative subtotal lines.
- PVP w/ VAT, shipping price, type and value of VAT and final total value.
If everything is correct and according to your preferences, you can complete the order. You must first read and accept the Terms and Conditions and then click on “Order”.
As a rule, codes or discount coupons are distributed to people selected by Satbis. If you have any form of discount, whether through a promotional code or a coupon, add it before completing your order. You can only use one coupon per purchase.
Orders for which payment has not been made successfully will be canceled after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
To cancel your order, you can contact our team via the telephone number available on the website, or send an email to info@satbis.com and communicate your intention to cancel, indicating the order number and reason. .
Order cancellation is only possible during the order preparation process and before shipping and may be requested by the customer if there are changes to the conditions referred to in the online ordering process. If the purchase amount has already been paid, the amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method.
If for any reason the order does not meet your expectations, you can return the order. In this case, you will have 15 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to send us your products for return.
Any return/exchange of items must comply with the following conditions:
- Return of items in good condition, with original, undamaged packaging, without having been tried on and accompanied by the respective invoice.
- If the packaging is damaged and the items show obvious signs of use, we will not be able to accept exchanges, refunds or credits.
- The receipt(s)/receipt(s) of purchase must accompany the product(s).
If you prefer, you can contact our team via email to communicate your intention to exchange or return, indicating the order number or invoice number, products to be returned and reason. After this contact, you will be given instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return. Under no circumstances should you send items without prior contact as they will not be considered for exchange/return.
After contacting Satbis and having been given the details for the return or exchange, you must send us the item, duly packaged and in the conditions mentioned above, to the address that will be given.
Returns of the following products are not accepted : Food (including chocolates, gum, drinks, etc.), promotional items.
Important informations:
If you choose to exchange the product, we inform you that:
- Shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer.
- The exchange will only be made after checking the condition of the product and complying with the conditions described above.
If you choose to refund or credit the amount, we inform you that:
- Refunds or credits (for purchases in the online store) will be made for the value of the order (with the exception of shipping costs), the return will only be made after checking the condition of the product and compliance with the conditions described above.
What should I do if I receive damaged packaging or items?
If the shipping packaging is damaged, you must check its contents upon delivery and immediately present the complaint to the carrier, then contact Satbis.
You should also contact Satbis if you have received a package in good condition, but with damaged items inside and, if possible, take photos.
